Join the Racial Justice Fund Advisory Council for drop-in style listening sessions on Wednesday, May 25. By sharing your hopes and ideas about addressing racial injustice, you can help shape how funds will be invested locally. This event is exclusively for people of color living in Lane County.
The Advisory Council is hoping to hear about which racial justice challenges seem most pressing from your perspective, what outcomes you hope to see from this fund, and what organizations and initiatives should be considered for funding.
United Way staff and Advisory Council members will be onsite at the United Way offices from 11 – 2 p.m. and 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. for folks to drop-in and share feedback about their hopes and ideas.
Light refreshments will be provided. The conversations will take place outdoors and distanced; masks are required.
